A wobbly toilet can damage the wax seal and cause leaks. Fix it immediately.
What Causes It? Loose floor bolts or a damaged wax ring.
Step 1: Try tightening the floor bolts on either side of the toilet base — don’t overtighten.
Step 2: If the toilet still wobbles the wax ring may need replacing.
Step 3: Turn off water, flush to empty, disconnect supply line.
Step 4: Remove the toilet, replace the wax ring, and reinstall.
